Zazzy teams up with celebrity jewelery brand, Otazu, for a very stylish Valentine's Day.
Custom 3D printed jewelry brand, Zazzy, has joined forces with Otazu to allow Valentine's shoppers design their perfect 3D printed pendant.
The two Dutch design powerhouses announced today that they have teamed up to create some seriously stylish pendants, designed by Otazu, 3D printed by Zazzy and ready to be customized by the shopper. The initial plate pendants come in a selection of designs and metals, including rose gold plated and sterling silver, to allow the customer create something truly unique. Each one, available from today, is custom 3D printed and delivered by Zazzy.
Otazu is a noted jewelry brand worldwide and counts Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Beyoncé and SJP as fans. Zazzy is a custom 3D printed jewelry brand whose focus on encouraging and harnessing creativity in the internet age has won it kudos from InStyle, Linda and Grazia and seen over 150,000 designs created on their platform to date.
The fruits of this creative collaboration are four completely customizable pendants, available in a choice of luxury metals. Shoppers will be able to choose their pendant's shape, the letter and font they want stamped on it and the metal in which it will be 3D printed.
Speaking of the partnership, Helena Vreeburg, Otazu CEO, said, 'This collaboration with Zazzy marks our first foray into 3D printing. Otazu has been going from strength to strength since it was founded 17 years ago, and while keeping up to date with the trends is hugely important to our business, so too is adopting new technologies and innovations. We believe that 3D printing is the next step for personalized fine jewelry and working with Zazzy has allowed us borrow their expertise to produce something really exciting. Encouraging the customer to be part of the design process adds a new value to the jewelry and, of course, makes for a wonderful gift.'
Gert Jan, CEO of Zazzy, agrees that combining trends and tech is the way forward in fashion. 'We're delighted to be working with Otazu, a brand that is remarkably in tune with their style-savvy customers. Zazzy's focus has always been on encouraging creativity and I think Otazu's customer's will enjoy being able to interact with their designs in a way they never have been able to before.
